Now, a couple of words about panels that didn’t make the cut this year.

Guild Wars 2.  Yeah, we wanted to do it.  However, it seems kinda dumb to have a fan panel for a game that is going to launch 2 days before Dragon*Con.  It also hurts that our Guild Wars panelist will not be attending Dragon*Con this year.  (BTW, Congratulations, Shawn!)  If someone REALLY wants to do a GW2 panel this year, you’ve got one week to convince me that it’s a good idea.

<Insert Your Favorite Game Here> – I can tell you that at least 7 of the panels listed above were suggested by fans who volunteered to run the panels themselves.  If you want to represent for your favorite game, you would do well to get in touch with us either via this website, or at the convention.  I should also tell you that it is WAY too late to expect to get on the schedule in June or July.  Most of these events were scheduled in January, or even earlier.

Finally… as with all things Dragon*Con, this list of events can be changed at any time.  This is a snapshot of what we currently plan on doing, and plans change.
